How many sellers use Property for Sale by Owner as a percentage of overall property sales, and what is the future of FSBO.

It is estimated that about 7% of all property sales use the 'Property For Sale By Owner' route. This figure is expected to increase to 25-30% of all sales by 2027, with a steady increase above that as the selling market evolves.

Although it's a great approach for any type of home, selling internationally is especially beneficial for unique properties, or properties that are suitable to buyers moving from one state to another, one country to another, or moving to a different continent for work or a new lifestyle.
