Apartments, Villas, Condos, Villa Estates – each with number of bedrooms to and from, bathrooms to and from.

We have one, two, and three bedroom units.  Each type of unit has a first floor unit with a terrace and a Jacuzzi (which makes the unit bigger), a second floor unit, and a PH unit which has a second floor terrace with a Jacuzzi (which sometimes almost duplicates the size of the unit).  We give the option to the client to create a studio on part of the terrace.  All of our units come with air conditioner installed in all the bedrooms, living room, dinning room, and kitchen.  Also, the second phase units have elevators.

One Bedroom Units – available from 90 to 177 square meters.  There are two types of One bedroom units which we identify as F & G.  All of these units have one bathroom only, however, the second floor of the type G unit has two bathrooms.  The PH unit of these type of units have a second bedroom on the second floor which transform it into a two bedroom unit.

Two Bedroom Units – available from 168 to 253 square meters. There are two types of Two bedroom units which we identify as D & E.  All of these units have 2 and a half bathrooms.  In addition, these units have a laundry area and a maids quarter with a bathroom.

Three Bedroom Units – available from 221 to 356 square meters. There are three types of Three bedroom units which we identify as A, B, & C.  All of these units have 3 and a half bathrooms.  In addition, these units have a laundry area and a maids quarter with a bathroom.
