About the resort
This Beach Resort is idyllically situated overlooking the Praia do Cajueiro and has several kilometres of unspoilt sandy beaches on either side. Just a 30 second walk from each apartment and you are right on the edge of the cool waters of the Atlantic ocean.

Situated in 11,100 sq metres of prime beachfront land, and with 180 metres directly on the beach, there will be 60 stylish apartments all ocean-facing and with spectacular sea views.

Please note that all residents will also have access to a new 18 hole golf course and shopping complex which will be located just 10 minutes drive from the Resort.

About the apartments

Each apartment will be 72 sq metres and all will be the same size and design. Each apartment will comprise the following -

- 2 bedrooms, with one en suite
- 1 further communal bathroom.
- American-style kitchen
- Living / dining room
- Spacious verandah

The Beach Resort will be built by Orion Engenharia e Construcoes Ltd, whose management have more than 30 years construction experience in Brazil. Full approval has been received to commence construction and completion is scheduled for September 2009.

All apartments have been designed in a rustic style, in keeping with the local environment. There will be 5 exclusive apartment blocks, each 2 floors high and with 12 apartments in each block.All apartments will be built to very high specifications with excellent finishing including high quality floorings, top class wall tiles and granite surfaces in all bathrooms and kitchens.

Prices

Prices start from USD $110,000 and go up to USD $125,000 depending on their location in the resort. USD is calculated at BRL 2 to USD 1 - all contracts will be made in BRL.

A full, high - quality furniture package is available at USD $15,000

Payment terms

In order that clients can take advantage of the off-plan proposal, payment terms will be staggered as follows -

30% - downpayment on signing of contract.
25% - 60 days after start of construction
25%- 150 days after start of construction
20% - on completion
