Real Estate Investment Club

Virtually every large city, especially in the westernized world, has an investment club of some sort for real estate investors to meet and exchange ideas and thoughts about where to invest and how to go about getting the best returns.

Is it wise or an advantage to join one of these clubs? This is a difficult question to ask as it will depend entirely on who operates the club and what the integrity of the clubs officials are, as to how they manage the information that passes through the club and what it promotes.

Many clubs provide a very useful place for the investor to at least learn some of the basics about real estate investing. Much harder to achieve is getting to join a global investment club and actually meeting face-to-face. But none the less there are investment clubs that do offer international or global real estate as investments. More soundly in this instance would be to use a consultant to guide the investor through the process as the agent will know the locations specifics far better than most.
