The properties are located in a resort in the town of Las Terrenas, Samana in the Dominican Republic. Samana is on the NorthEast Coast of the country. Is a unspoiled town where approximately 5,000 French and Italian immigrants live. The town has a great gastronomy and is also a very good site for eco tourism. The Samana Peninsula is famous for whale watching as the whales come every winter. It also has a National Park with waterfalls and submarine live which is great for scuba diving. The North Coast of Samana has over 20 miles of beach front where most of them are still untouched and virgin. Beach hoping is a common activity among visitors.
We have one, two, and three bedroom units. Each type of unit has a first floor unit with a terrace and a Jacuzzi (which makes the unit bigger), a second floor unit, and a PH unit which has a second floor terrace with a Jacuzzi (which sometimes almost duplicates the size of the unit). We give the option to the client to create a studio on part of the terrace. All of our units come with air conditioner installed in all the bedrooms, living room, dinning room, and kitchen. Also, the second phase units have elevators.
