Resort Community Luxury Property on a beach front resort which has a management contract with Rock Resorts. Rock Resorts is a US public company that owns, manages and operate high end hotels in the US and the Caribbean. This is a very unique project as the size and shape of the land where is built has more beach front than depth. The complete area of the project has 304,000 square meters with approximately 700 linear meters of beach front. The project is located 2 kilometers from the town of Las Terrenas where you will find everything you need from groceries, pharmacies, schools, hospitals, restaurants, shops, etc.
We have one, two, and three bedroom units. Each type of unit has a first floor unit with a terrace and a Jacuzzi (which makes the unit bigger), a second floor unit, and a PH unit which has a second floor terrace with a Jacuzzi (which sometimes almost duplicates the size of the unit). We give the option to the client to create a studio on part of the terrace. All of our units come with air conditioner installed in all the bedrooms, living room, dinning room, and kitchen. Also, the second phase units have elevators.
