The property is located in project in the town of Las Terrenas, Samana in the Dominican Republic.  Samana is on the NorthEast Coast of the country.  Is a unspoiled town where approximately 5,000 French and Italian immigrants live.  The town has a great gastronomy and is also a very good site for eco tourism.  The Samana Peninsula is famous for whale watching as the whales come every winter.  It also has a National Park with waterfalls and submarine live which is great for scuba diving.  The North Coast of Samana has over 20 miles of beach front where most of them are still untouched and virgin.  Beach hoping is a common activity among visitors.
