1. There is a Fly and Buy program in place where customers are reimbursed for their ticket price and hospitality if they buy a property at Balcones.  
2. We normally recommend a 3 day Discovery Trip, where the customer will be picked up at the airport by a hotel staff.  
3. The next day they will be arranged for an activity at Terrenas and in the afternoon meet with the sales executive to tour the property.  
4. This same day the sales executive will invite the customer for a complimentary dinner at the restaurant to finalize the presentation and answer all inquiries.
5. The nearest airport to the project is El Catey.  There are direct flights from New York (JFK) and Canada.  Jet Blue has direct flights from JFK on Wednesdays and Saturdays. There are also many charterand international flights to San Jose airport (three hour drive).
   

Payment and Finance:

1. If the clients decides to buy a unit they can either pay completely for the unit or finance with a local bank.  
2. Finance is available in USD and Dominican Pesos.  
3. If they decide to finance there is a 30% - 40% payment to close on the contract.  This payment is made together with the signature of the contracts.  
4. Banks normally loan 60 – 70% of the appraised value of the property.  They can offer 20 year mortgage with variable rates.
