and of course the nesting song birds everywhere. Snowmobiling, cross country
skiing, and trapping are available right at home in the winter.
Triad Road, on the south side, is frontage property to the main road for 1/2
mile. The acreage is located 45 miles due North and 10 miles due West of Fort
St John BC (paved road) and is 4 miles West of the town of Prespatou (all
