This house is situated in an old village. Its history goes back to the middle ages.

There is a covered swimming pool with a heating system.There are beautiful beams in both the big rooms of the house. There is a very nice guests house with a bath room attached to the main house.The house has 2 cellars : one fit for wine, the other contains the heating system.
You can play golf on the golf of Civry -36 holes-. A few livery stables are near by and also a tennis club.
In Septeuil at an 8 minutes drive one finds a bank, a pharmacy, a supermarket, doctors, nurses.
Bus school take students to schools wherever they have to go.
