One Bedroom Units – available from 90 to 177 square
meters. There are two types of One
bedroom units which we identify as F & G.
All of these units have one bathroom only, however, the second floor of
the type G unit has two bathrooms. The
PH unit of these type of units have a second bedroom on the second floor which
transform it into a two bedroom unit.
Just to
mention a few and the most important ones: communal pools on each phase, beach
restaurant, several beach bars, reception, laundry area, spa, shops, gym,
tennis courts, volleyball courts, restaurants, etc.
Phase 1 and 2 of
the project are completed. Phase 1 broke
ground 4 years ago and phase 2 almost 2 years ago. A total of 174 units have been completely constructed. The beach and bar restaurant are completed
and in operation for over a year.
The owners and developers of the project are the largest construction
company in the DR. It has over 50 years
of experience and over 40,000 units built.
