town of Las Terrenas, Samana in the
Dominican Republic. Samana is on the NorthEast
Coast of the country. This is an unspoiled town where approximately 5,000
French and Italian immigrants live. The
town has a great gastronomy and is also a very good site for eco tourism. The Samana
Peninsula is famous for whale
watching as the whales come every winter.
It also has a National Park with waterfalls and submarine live which is
great for scuba diving. The North Coast
of Samana has over 20 miles of beach front where most of them are still
untouched and virgin. Beach hoping is a
common activity among visitors.

public company that owns, manages and operate high end hotels in the US
and the Caribbean. This is a very unique project as the size and shape of
the land where is built has more beach front than depth. The complete area of the project has 304,000
square meters with approximately 700 linear meters of beach front. The project is located 2 kilometers from the
town of Las Terrenas where you will find everything you need from groceries,
