Primeas Beach Residence is constructed next to a fine sandy beach at Nestinarka camp site, situated in a bay to the south of Tsarevo resort and only 65-70 km away from Bourgas city and the airport. Rich in history, the resort is constructed on two picturesque peninsulas and has a unique appearance as a fishing port and family holiday zone. Being a popular summer destination and offering a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, the town welcomes many visitors, offering them a wide array of seafood restaurants, charming little cafes and parks. The area enjoys a Mediterranean climate and the longest summer season in Bulgaria. The water is warm and pleasant, and the sun always shines from early May until late September.

The closest village to Tsarevo is Lozenets (10 km), a non-commercial, summer resort with preserved nature, and the historic town of Sozopol is 35 km to the north.

That would include the design and the maintenance of the green areas, the cleaning and the repair of the common parts, the servicing of the swimming pool and the letting out the apartments).

The marketing and sale of tourist packages for PRIMEAS Resort will be carried out by TUI Bulgaria, part of TUI - the biggest tour operator in the world.

Primeas Beach Residence apartment owners will be offered an agreement for property and rental management by TUI.
